摘要
异形铝合金网壳中的杆件空间方位复杂,节点板常为曲面节点板,杆件存在较大扭转,设计建造难度较大。以某马鞍形双曲面铝合金板式节点网壳设计、深化和建造过程为例,介绍了该网壳在建设过程中的关键技术。首先介绍该项目结构形式及节点构造,然后介绍该项目中应用的网格优化技术、深化设计技术等,最后介绍网壳拼装时的误差消除方式。
Irregular aluminum alloy reticulated shells have some characteristics,such as complex spatial orientation of members, gusset joints with curved surface, large torsion of members, which make it difficult to be designed and constructed. Taking the process of design and construction of a saddle shaped hyperboloid aluminum alloy reticulated shell as an example, some critical technologies in this project are introduced. Initially, the structural form and gusset joints of this project are introduced. Subsequently, some technologies such as grid generation and detailed design used in this project are presented. Finally, the method used to eliminate the errors in shell structure assembly is discussed.
