管式离心机固液相分离效果的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 利用GF105管式离心机对废机油进行固液分离,分别采用VOF模型和DPM模型对转鼓内部固液两相进行三维数值模拟,获得10000 r/min和30000 r/min转速下废机油体积分数变化和固体颗粒的运动轨迹。模拟结果表明,30000 r/min分离后的机油体积分数为0.5561,10000 r/min分离后的机油体积分数为0.5632。在10000 r/min时,有少量5μm颗粒残留在转鼓顶部和分离头的缝隙里,或随分离后液体排出,30000 r/min的固液分离效果要优于10000 r/min。为了高效清洁转鼓内壁残留物,设计了一套可清洁内壁残留物的转鼓组件,为废机油回收再利用提供理论指导。 In this paper,the GF105 tubular centrifuge was used to separate solid and liquid from the waste engine oil. To get the change of volume fraction of the waste engine oil and the movement trajectory of solid particles at 10 000 r/min and 30 000 r/min,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the solid and liquid in the drum were conducted by VOF model and DPM model respectively. According to the simulation results,the volume fraction of the waste engine oil separated at 30 000 r/min was 0.556 1,and that at 10 000 r/min was 0.563 2. At 10 000 r/min,a few of particles with a diameter of 5 μm remained in the gap between the top of the drum and the separation ring,or flowed out with liquid. These results indicate that the solid-liquid separation at 30 000 r/min is better than at 10 000 r/min. In order to efficiently clean the inner wall of the drum,a set of drum assembly which can clean the residue on the inner wall were designed. The results of this paper provide theoretical guidance for recycling and reusing of the waste engine oil.
