运动康复对稳定性慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、生活质量和体能的影响

Effects of exercise rehabilitation on cardiac function,quality of life and physical fitness in patients with stable chronic heart failure

目的 观察运动康复对稳定性慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能、生活质量和体能的影响,以期为进一步临床干预提供有效参考方案。方法 稳定性慢性心力衰竭患者中常规药物治疗44例(对照组)、联合运动康复治疗45例(康复组),随访6个月,对比分析2组患者的心功能、生活质量及体能的变化。结果 入组时,2组患者的心功能参数、生活质量量表评分、体能指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,康复组的BNP水平、MLHF-Q评分、6MWT、抓背试验结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运动康复对稳定性慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能、生活质量和体能都能够起到一定的改善作用。

Objective To observe the effects of exercise rehabilitation on cardiac function,quality of life and physical fitness in patients with chronic stable heart failure(CHF),so as to provide effective reference for further clinical intervention.Methods A total of 44 patients with stable chronic heart failure were treated with routine medicine(control group) and 45 patients were treated with exercise rehabilitation(rehabilitation group),the changes of cardiac function,quality of life and physical fitness were compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results There were no significant differences in cardiac function parameters,quality of life scale scores and physical fitness indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),the levels of BNP,MLHF-Q,6 MWT and back scratching test in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Exercise rehabilitation can improve the cardiac function,quality of life and physical fitness of patients with stable chronic heart failure.
