基于DISC人格测评的护士人文关怀品质影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of humanistic care quality of nurses based on DISC personality assessment

目的 调查护士人文关怀品质现状,并基于DISC性格类型分析护士人文关怀品质的影响因素,以期为医院护理管理者制定个性化培训提供参考依据。方法 采用一般资料调查问卷、DISC人格测评量表、护士人文关怀品质测评量表对459名护士进行问卷调查,运用单因素和多元线性回归分析影响护士人文关怀品质的因素。结果 被试人文关怀品质总得分为(133.3±13.7)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同性格、工作年限、对护理工作喜欢程度的护士间,人文关怀品质得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性格和对护理工作的喜欢程度是影响护士人文关怀品质的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 护士人文关怀品质总体处于良好水平,医院护理管理者可以根据护士的特征差异制定不同的培训目标和计划,进一步提高护士人文关怀品质。

Objective To investigate the status quo of nurses’ humanistic care quality,analyze the influencing factors of nurses’ humanistic care quality based on DISC personality type,and provide reference for hospital nursing managers to formulate personalized training.Methods A total of 459 nurses were investigated with general data questionnaire,DISC personality assessment scale and nurses’ humanistic care quality assessment scale.Factors affecting nurses’ humanistic care quality were analyzed with single factor and multiple linear regression.Results The total score of humanistic care quality of the subjects was(133.3±13.7)points.The results of univariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the scores of humanistic care quality among nurses with different personalities,working years and liking for nursing work(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that personality and the degree of liking for nursing work were the main factors affecting the quality of humanistic care of nurses(P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of humanistic care of nurses is generally at a good level.Hospital nursing managers can formulate different training goals and plans according to the characteristics of nurses,so as to improve the quality of humanistic care of nurses.
