边缘系统参与耳鸣相关负性情绪发生的研究进展

Research progress on the involvement of limbic system in tinnitus related negative emotions

耳鸣是一种听觉幻觉,在没有外部声源的刺激下可以听到来自于内部的声音。大多数耳鸣患者可伴负性情绪,但其产生的机制尚不清楚,目前研究表明可能与边缘系统脑区相关。文章围绕耳鸣诱发的负性情绪与边缘系统之间的联系进行阐述。

Tinnitus is an auditory hallucination in which an internal sound can be heard without stimulation from an external source.Most tinnitus patients can be accompanied by negative emotions,but the mechanism of its generation is still unclear.Current research shows that it may be related to the brain region of the limbic system.This paper focuses on the relationship between negative emotions induced by tinnitus and the limbic system.
