摘要
目的 比较新型内镜检测取样器与传统取样检出软式内镜微生物的情况,以助于加强对软式内镜消毒的管理和监控,预防医院感染。方法 分别采用传统内镜检测取样(对照组)培养及内镜检测取样器取样(实验组)培养对内镜中心经再处理后的软式内镜进行取样检测,比较两种取样方法的微生物检出率及检出细菌的种类、数量。结果 实验组软式内镜微生物检出阳性率(6.54%)高于对照组(1.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.568,P=0.001)。实验组检出微生物的种类和数量均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与传统取样方式相比,新型内镜检测取样器可提高软式内镜微生物洗脱率,细菌检出率及检出细菌种类、数量。
Objective To compare the detection of microorganisms in flexible endoscopes with the new endoscope detection sampler and traditional sampling,so as to strengthen the management and monitoring of disinfection of flexible endoscopes and prevent hospital infection.Methods The traditional endoscopic test sampling culture(control group) and endoscopic test sampler sampling culture(experimental group) were used to sample and test the reprocessed flexible endoscopes in the endoscopic center.The detection rate of microorganisms and the species and quantity of bacteria detected by the two sampling methods were compared.Results The positive rate of microorganisms detected by flexible endoscopy in the experimental group(6.54%) was higher than that in the control group(1.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.568,P=0.001).The species and quantity of microorganisms detected in the experimental group were more than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the traditional sampling method,the new endoscope detection sampler can improve the microbial elution rate,bacterial detection rate,and the species and quantity of bacteria detected in the flexible endoscope.
