摘要
通过分析220 kV线路保护闭锁重合闸原理,介绍了220 kV线路闭锁重合闸实现方案。结合IEC 61850标准下智能变电站220 kV线路闭锁重合的实现方案,分析了智能站实现闭锁重合闸的信息流,解释了闭重信息流非同源的冗余设计,厘清智能终端间相互闭重的方式,为运维人员操作提供参考。
By analyzing the principle of 220 kV line protection lockout reclosure,the implementation scheme of 220 kV line lockout reclosure is introduced.Combined with the implementation scheme of 220 kV line lockout reclosure of a smart substation in consistent with the IEC 61850 standard,the information flow of smart substations to realize lockout reclosure is analyzed,the redundant design of non-homologous information flow of lockout reclosure is explained,and the way of mutual reclosure between smart terminals is clarified,which offers reference for operation and maintenance personnel.
