摘要
再热器是锅炉的重要受热面,一旦发生再热器泄漏而导致停炉,就直接影响发电、供热任务。针对某电厂后屏再热器泄漏问题,通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、机械性能检测、金相组织分析等多种检测分析手段,对泄漏的受热管进行了较全面的分析,并提出了防范措施,可供同类型机组的火电厂借鉴。
Reheater is an important heating surface of boiler.Once a reheater leakage leads to the boiler shutdown,it will directly affect the tasks of power generation and heat supply.In view of the leakage problem in the rear panel reheater in a power plant,based on various detection and analysis means such as macro inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property detection,metallographic structure analysis,a comprehensive analysis of the leaked heating pipe is carried out,and preventive measures are put forward,which can be used for reference by thermal power plants of the same type.
