During overhauls and technical transformation of transmission and distribution lines as well as the construction of new lines,line tensioning and releasing are the most frequent operations,especially in case of crossing lines,the traditional methods often feature heavy workload,time-consuming,laborious,laborintensive and inefficient,while the proposed high-efficiency crossing payoff tensioner for overhead transmission and distribution line can be used for tensioning and releasing lines efficiently and safely,flexible,easy to move,and not limited by geographical locations of the crossing points,which significantly improves the work efficiency,reduces the risks and labor intensity of overhead operations,optimizes the work process,and effectively solves the drawbacks of traditional construction methods.
