摘要
某电厂投产后,发生多起因10 kV开关柜故障引起的全厂停电和机组停运事件。专业人员进行缺陷和隐患排查以及可靠性分析,查明现有10 kV开关柜存在质量问题。为提高10 kV系统设备的可靠性,从而保证机组安全稳定运行,提出10 kV开关柜备选改造方案。经施工安全分析、投资估算、经济评价,认为方案三可行。
A multiple of station blackouts and unit shutdowns occurred due to 10 kV switchgear failures since the initial operation of a power plant.Professionals carry out defect and hidden danger troubleshooting and reliability analysis,and quality problems are find out in the existing 10 kV switchgear..In order to improve the reliability of 10 kV system equipment and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,several alternative transformation schemes for 10 kV switchgear is proposed.Based on construction safety analysis,investment estimation and economic evaluation,the third scheme is considered feasible.
