提高继电保护检修作业效率的方法

Methods for Improving the Effi ciency of Relay Protection Maintenance

继电保护检修作业种类较多,其中二次回路通流试验和继电器校验两项检修工作较为费时费力,给人员少、检修任务重的班组造成了较大的工作负担,不利于其他检修工作的正常开展。针对上述问题,研制了便携式继电器校验台和便携式交流回路通流装置,编制了标准化作业指导书。校验台、通流装置与指导书的应用,显著缩短了检修用时,提高了继电保护检修作业效率。

Among the variety of relay protection maintenance operations,the maintenance activities concerning the secondary circuit current test and relay calibration are considered time-consuming and laborious,and bring about heavy workload for teams with inadequate personnel and heavy maintenance tasks,which is unbenef itial to perform other routine maintenance activities.In view of this,a portable relay calibration bench and a portable AC circuit current passing device are developed,with standardized operation instructions compiled.The application of calibration bench,f low passage device and instruction manuals signif icantly shortens maintenance time and improves the maintenance eff iciency of relay protection.
