On Aug.8,Wuhan issued its firstbatchof licenses for fully autonomousvehiclesto Apollo Go,Baidu's autonomous ride-hailing serviceplatform,allowing it to start the commercial operation of unmanned vehicles on certain roads in the Wuhan Economic&Technological Development Zone.
