红外热成像技术在石化罐区VOCs排放检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对我国现有石化储罐挥发性有机物(VOCs)核算方法在储罐状况判定、参数选取等方面存在的局限性,在《石化行业VOCs污染源排查工作指南》推荐方法的基础上,采用红外热成像仪,在华南地区某石化罐区开展现场检测,对该石化罐区的排放状况进行调查,并结合检测数据、储罐运行状况等制定VOCs排放核算方案,将实测数据作为公式核算的补充,为罐区安全管理和排放核算提供技术支持和数据参考。 In view of the limitations of the existing accounting methods for volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in petrochemical storage tanks in China in terms of tank condition determination and parameter selection,the infrared thermal imager was used to carry out on-site detection in a petrochemical tank farm in South China based on the recommended methods in“Guidelines for the Investigation of VOCs Pollution Sources in Petrochemical Industry”,to find out the emission status of the petrochemical tank farm.Combined with the detection data and the operation status of the storage tank,the VOCs emission accounting scheme was formulated.The measured data was used as a supplement to the formula calculation,so as to provide technical support and data reference for the safety management and emission accounting of the tank farm.
