废气催化燃烧处理技术在炼化污水处理场的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对炼油污水处理场隔油池、浮选池等排放的高浓度废气和曝气池等排放的低浓度气体,分别采用“脱硫及总烃浓度均化-催化氧化”工艺和“洗涤-吸附-再生气催化氧化”工艺处理后,净化气非甲烷总烃浓度小于60 mg/m^(3),硫化氢浓度小于0.2 mg/m^(3),苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度小于1 mg/m^(3),满足国家和地方排放标准。根据装置长周期运行经验,建议在装置设计初期关注处理废气低碳组分含量,根据外排指标要求设置相关运行温度参数。 For the high-concentration exhaust gases emitted by the grease trap and flotation tank in the oil refining and sewage treatment plant,the low-concentration gases emitted by the aeration tank,etc.,the process of“desulfurization and total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation”and the process of“washing-adsorption-regeneration catalytic oxidation”were adopted separately,the total concentration of non-methane hydrocarbons in the purification gas was less than 60 mg/m^(3),the concentration of hydrogen sulfide was less than 0.2 mg/m^(3),and the concentration of benzene,toluene and xylene was less than 1 mg/m^(3),respectively,to meet the national and local emission standards.According to the long-term operation experience of the device,it is recommended to pay attention to the low-carbon component content of the exhaust gas in the early stage of the design of the device,and set the relevant operating temperature parameters according to the requirements of the discharge index.
