摘要
目的观察黄龙止咳颗粒治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效及其对炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取医院儿科2021年8月至2022年3月收治的喘息性支气管炎患儿120例,按用药方案不同分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组患儿给予西医度对症支持治疗,试验组患儿在此基础上加用黄龙止咳颗粒治疗,均治疗7 d。结果试验组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的71.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间及住院天数均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-10、IL-6、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄龙止咳颗粒治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎疗效明显,可降低炎性因子水平,改善患儿的临床症状及体征,且安全性良好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huanglong Zhike Granules in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 120 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to the pediatric department of the hospital from August 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group according to different drug regimens,with 60 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with symptomatic support of Western medicine,on this basis,the children in the test group were treated with Huanglong Zhike Granules.Both groups were treated for 7 d.Results The total effective rate in the test group was 93.33%,which significantly higher than 71.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of cough,wheezing,lung rale and hospitalization days in the test group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-10,IL-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglong Zhike Granules are effective in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis,Which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the clinical symptoms of children,and has good safety.
