伐昔洛韦联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹临床观察

Clinical Observation of Valaciclovir Combined with Mecobalamin in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的探讨伐昔洛韦联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年7月至2021年6月收治的带状疱疹患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组患者均给予伐昔洛韦片口服,观察组患者加服甲钴胺片。两组患者均连续治疗10 d。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的白细胞介素(IL)-1β水平明显低于对照组,IL-10水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、视觉模拟量表评分、睡眠质量评定量表评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的皮疹结痂消退时间、疼痛感消失时间、用药时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦联合甲钴胺治疗带状疱疹,可进一步提升临床疗效,改善患者的炎症水平,患者满意度更高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of valaciclovir combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 60 patients with herpes zoster treated in the hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given Valacilovir Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Mecobalamin Tablets.Both groups were treated for ten days.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.77%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interleukin(IL)-1βin the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the level of IL-10 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),visual analogue scale(VAS),sleep quality scale(SQS)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of rash scab subsided,pain disappeared and medication were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Valaciclovir combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of herpes zoster can further improve the clinical efficacy,improve the inflammation of patients,so as to make patients more satisfied.
