拉氧头孢钠联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性肺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Levofloxacin Combined with Cefotaxime Sodium in the Treatment of Chronic Pneumonia

目的探讨拉氧头孢钠联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年1月到2021年2月收治的慢性肺炎患者104例,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均予左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗,观察组患者加用注射用拉氧头孢钠;两组均连续治疗15 d。结果观察组总有效率为98.08%,显著高于对照组的82.69%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的白细胞计数、体温、血氧分压均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的症状改善时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论拉氧头孢钠联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性肺炎,能同步改善患者的实验室指标、症状体征,并促进康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with cefotaxime sodium in the treatment of chronic pneumonia.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic pneumonia admitted from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Levofloxacin and Sodium Chloride Injection,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Laoxycef Sodium for Injection.Both groups were treated continuously for 15 d.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.08%,which was significantly higher than 82.69%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The white blodd cell count(WBC),body temperature and blood oxygen partial pressure of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time,cough disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with cefotaxime sodium in the treatment of chronic pneumonia can simultaneously improve the laboratory indexes,symptoms and signs of patients,and promote the recovery.
