恩替卡韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化临床观察

Clinical Observation of Entecavir Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的探讨恩替卡韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效,以及对患者肠道菌群水平的影响。方法选取江苏省无锡市第五人民医院2019年6月至2021年6月收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者均给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组患者加用复方甘草酸苷,均治疗6个月。结果观察组患者的总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组患者的双歧杆菌、拟杆菌数量均显著多于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的大肠杆菌、肠球菌及乳酸杆菌数量无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的白细胞介素17、白细胞介素6、转化生长因子-β、基质金属蛋白酶2水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化临床疗效良好,有助于促进患者的肠道菌群平衡,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of entecavir combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis and its effect on intestinal flora level.Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Wuxi from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with entecavir,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin for 6 months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the number of bifidobacteria and bacteroidetes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the number of Escherichia coli,Enterococcus and Lactobacillus between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of interleukin-17,interleukin-6,transforming growth factor-βand matrix metalloproteinase 2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin has a good clinical effect in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis,which is helpful to promote the balance of intestinal flora and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
