气压治疗仪联合肌电生物反馈仪对缺血性脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨气压治疗仪联合肌电生物反馈仪用于缺血性脑卒中患者的效果。方法选取医院2021年1月至8月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者80例,按便利抽样法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者接受肌电生物反馈仪治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联用气压治疗仪。结果治疗后,观察组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、Berg平衡量表、Barthel指数量表评分均显著高于治疗观察组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗前后肌力比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气压治疗仪联合肌电生物反馈仪能改善缺血性脑卒中患者的下肢运动障碍,提高其自主生活能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of pneumatic therapeutic apparatus combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapeutic apparatus on the patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke treated in the hospital from January to August 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the convenience sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received pneumatic therapeutic apparatus treatment,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with electromyographic biofeedback therapeutic apparatus.Results After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale,Berg balance scale and Barthel index scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The muscle strength in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Pneumatic therapeutic apparatus combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapeutic apparatus can improve the lower limb dyskinesia and the ability of independent living.
