尿糖联合尿微量白蛋白检验用于糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Detection of Urine Glucose and Urine Microalbumin in the Diagnosis of Early Renal Injury in Diabetes

目的探讨尿糖和尿微量白蛋白联合检验在糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的作用。方法选取医院2019年5月至2020年5月收治的糖尿病早期肾损伤患者和糖尿病患者,分为观察组和对照组,各30例。通过单一检验(尿糖或尿微量白蛋白水平检测)和联合检验(尿糖和尿微量白蛋白水平检测),比较两组诊断方法的阳性率。结果观察组患者的尿微量白蛋白和尿糖水平均显著高于对照组;尿糖(73.33%)和尿微量白蛋白(56.67%)单一诊断阳性率显著低于联合检验阳性率93.33%(P<0.05)。结论尿微量白蛋白和尿糖的联合检验可用于糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断。

Objective To investigate the role of combined detection of urine glucose and urine microalbumin in the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetes.Methods The patients with early renal injury in diabetes and the patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The positive rates of diagnosis in the two groups were compared by a single detection(urine glucose or urine microalbumin level detection)and a combined detection(urine glucose and urine microalbumin levels detection).Results The urine microalbumin and urine glucose levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The positive rate of diagnosis was 73.33%(urine glucose)and 56.67%(urine microalbumin)by the single detection,which was significantly lower than 93.33%by the combined detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of urine microalbumin and urine glucose can be used for the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetes.
