Importance and Measures of Quality Control in Clinical Immunoassay

目的探讨临床免疫检验分析质量控制的重要性和措施。方法选取医院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的临床免疫疾病患者400例,分为参照组与研究组,各200例。参照组患者实施常规检验管理,研究组患者实施质量控制管理。结果对于诊断准确性和可靠性,研究组更优(P<0.05)。诊断失误16例,影响因素为患者生理因素、检验仪器、检验人员专业能力。管理后,研究组检验人员的考核成绩评分、解决问题能力、综合能力评分均显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验影响因素较多,需实施质量控制管理,提高检验人员综合能力,进而提高诊断准确性,及时检出疾病,给予有效治疗。

Objective To investigate the importance and measures of quality control in clinical immunoassay analysis.Methods A total of 400 patients with clinical immune diseases admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group,with 200 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given the routine test management,while patients in the study group were given the quality control management.Results The accuracy and reliability of diagnosis in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were 16 cases of diagnostic errors,and the influencing factors were the physiological factors of the patients,the testing instruments,and the professional ability of the laboratory personnel.After the management,the scores of examination,ability of solving problem and comprehensive ability of laboratory personnel in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the clinical immunoassay,so it is necessary to implement the management of quality control,and improve the comprehensive ability of laboratory personnel to improve the diagnostic accuracy,and ensure timely detection of diseases and effective treatment.
