原发性痛风性关节炎患者血清免疫球蛋白、炎性因子水平与疼痛程度相关性分析

Correlation Analysis Between Levels of Serum Immunoglobulins,Inflammatory Factors and Degree of Pain in Patients with Primary Gouty Arthritis

目的探讨免疫球蛋白、炎性因子在原发性痛风性关节炎(PGA)患者中的表达及与疼痛程度的相关性。方法选取医院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的PGA患者73例作为观察组,另选同期健康体检者75名作为对照组。根据视觉模拟评分法(VAS)将PGA患者分为轻度疼痛组、中重度疼痛组,检测患者免疫球蛋白、炎性因子水平,分析各项指标与疼痛程度的相关性。结果观察组患者血清免疫球蛋白、炎性因子水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中重度疼痛组血清免疫球蛋白、炎性因子水平显著高于轻度疼痛组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,血清免疫球蛋白、炎性因子水平与PGA患者VAS评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白、炎性因子在PGA患者血清中存在异常表达,且与患者疼痛程度相关,可为PGA诊断及病情评估提供参考。

Objective To investigate the expression of immunoglobulins and inflammatory factors in patients with primary gouty arthritis(PGA)and their correlation with the degree of pain.Methods A total of 73 patients with PGA admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 75 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.The patients with PGA were divided into the mild pain group and the moderate to severe pain group according to the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score.The levels of immunoglobulins and inflammatory factors of patients were detected,and the correlation between each index and the degree of pain was analyzed.Results The levels of serum immunoglobulins and inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors in the moderate to severe pain group were significantly higher than those in the mild pain group(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum immunoglobulins and inflammatory factors were positively correlated with the VAS score of patients with PGA(P<0.05).Conclusion There are abnormal expressions of immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors in the serum of patients with PGA,and they are correlated with the degree of pain,which can provide a reference for the diagnosis and evaluation of PGA.
