智能物流机器人用于医院内非物流传送样本效果分析

摘要 目的探讨智能物流机器人对医院内非物流传送样本转运效率的影响。方法在院内门诊区、检验科、各病区之间转运新型冠状病毒肺炎核酸采样样本(简称新冠核酸样本),统计应用智能物流机器人前(2022年1月至3月,共90 d)、后(2022年5月至7月,共90 d)转运新冠核酸样本的样本量和次数,比较应用前后的单次平均转运时间、单次平均转运距离、平均每日转运次数、执行转运护理相关人员人次数等。结果应用前,共计转运样本20790份,转运次数495次;应用后,共计转运样本20225份,转运次数495次。应用后平均每日转运次数、单次平均转运距离、单次平均转运时间、样本报告出具时间、单次非转运消耗时间均显著优于应用前;单次平均转运样本量显著多于应用前。结论智能物流机器人进行新冠核酸样本院内转运,可提高样本转运效率,减少转运时间,缩短样本报告出具时间,避免额外的人力消耗。 Objective To investigate the effect of intelligent logistics robot on the transfer efficiency of non-logistics transfer samples in hospital.Methods The corona virus disease 2019(hereinafter referred to as the COVID-19)nucleic acid samples were transferred between the Department of Outpatient,Department of Clinical Laboratory and each ward in the hospital.The quantity of the COVID-19 nucleic acid samples and their transfer times before(January to March 2022)and after(May to July 2022)the application of intelligent logistics robot were counted.The average transfer time one time,average transfer distance one time,average transfer times one day and nursing personnel involved in the transfer before and after the application of intelligent logistics robot were compared.Results Before the application of intelligent logistics robot,a total of 20790 samples were transferred,with 495 times of transfer.After the application of the above robot,a total of 20025 samples were transferred,with 225 times of transfer.After the application of the above robot,the average transfer times one day,average transfer distance one time,average transfer time one time,sample report issuing time and non-transfer consumption time one time were significantly better than those before the application of the above robot,and the average sample quantity of transport one time was significantly more than that before the application of the above robot.Conclusion The intelligent logistics robot can improve the transfer efficiency,reduce the transfer time,shorten the report issuing time of COVID-19 nucleic acid samples,and it can avoid additional manpower consumption.
