快速康复外科护理用于剖宫产分娩产妇效果分析

Application Effect of Fast Recovery Surgery Nursing in the Nursing of Parturients Underwent Cesarean Section

目的探讨快速康复外科护理在剖宫产分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选取医院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的剖宫产产妇100例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组产妇围术期实施常规护理,研究组产妇围术期实施快速康复外科护理。结果研究组和对照组产妇的深静脉血栓发生率相当(0比2.00%,P>0.05);研究组产妇的术后排气时间、排便时间、泌乳时间、下床活动时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组和对照组产妇的护理满意度相当(96.00%比90.00%,P>0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可加快剖宫产产妇围术期的康复速度,但其降低深静脉血栓发生率和提高护理满意度的效果与常规护理相当。

Objective To investigate the application effect of fast recovery surgery nursing in the nursing of parturients underwent cesarean section.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,100 parturients underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the patients in the study group received fast recovery surgery nursing during the perioperative period.Results The incidence of DVT in the study group and the control group was similar(0 vs.2.00%,P>0.05).The postoperative exhaust time,defecation time,lactation time,ambulatory time,incision healing time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study group and the control group had similar nursing satisfaction(96.00%vs.90.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Fast recovery surgery nursing can speed up the recovery of parturients underwent cesarean section during the perioperative period,but its effect of reducing the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and improving nursing satisfaction is equivalent to that of routine nursing.
