摘要
目的探讨门诊护理管理在医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法选取门诊患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理管理)和观察组(门诊护理管理),各50例;同时选取20名门诊护士分入两组,各10名。比较两组患者护理满意度、医院感染发生率、医院感染管理质量及护士工作能力。结果观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的医院感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抗菌药物、消毒隔离、洗手质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士理论、实践评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门诊护理管理用于医院感染控制中,可提高患者护理满意度,降低患者感染率,还可提高医院管理质量,增强护士综合能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing management of Outpatient Department applied in the hospital infection control.Methods A total of 100 outpatients were selected and divided into the control group(routine nursing management)and the observation group(nursing management of Outpatient Department)according to the random numer table method,with 50 cases in each group.Meanwhile,20 nurses in the Outpatient Department were selected and included into the above two groups respectively,10 nurses in each group.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of hospital infection,the quality of hospital infection management and the working ability of nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of antibacterial drugs,disinfection,isolation and hand washing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical and practical scores of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing management in Outpatient Department of the hospital infection control can improve the satisfaction,reduce the incidence of infection in patients,improve the quality of hospital management and the comprehensive ability of nurses.
