个体化护理干预用于肺炎支原体感染患儿效果评价

Application Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia Infection

目的分析肺炎支原体感染患儿护理中个体化护理干预的应用效果。方法选取医院2021年7月至12月收治的肺炎支原体感染患儿76例,按治疗环节护理方法不同分为对照组和试验组,各38例。对照组行一般护理干预,试验组行个体化护理干预。结果试验组护理满意度为94.73%,显著高于对照组的65.79%(P<0.05)。试验组专科护理、药物护理、健康教育评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理干预对肺炎支原体感染患儿的护理实践干预成效显著,可显著提升患儿护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of individualized nursing intervention in the nursing of children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection.Methods A total of 76 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to the hospital from July to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different nursing methods during the treatment links,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received general nursing intervention,while the patients in the experimental group received personalized nursing intervention.Results The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 94.73%,which was significantly higher than 65.79%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of specialty nursing,drug nursing and health education in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention has a significant effect on nursing practice of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,which can significantly improve their nursing satisfaction and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
