预见性护理模式用于老年下肢骨折术临床观察

Clinical Observation of Predictive Nursing Mode in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

目的探讨预见性护理模式用于老年下肢骨折术前及术中护理的效果。方法选取医院2020年5月至2021年10月拟行下肢骨折手术老年患者106例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组术前及术中予手术室常规护理,观察组予术前及术中予预见性护理。结果观察组患者护理满意度为98.11%,显著高于对照组的81.13%;并发症发生率显著低于对照组;生活质量(包括躯体疼痛、社会功能、生理功能和整体健康指标)评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理模式用于老年下肢骨折术前及术中护理,可减少并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing mode on preoperative and intraoperative nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fracture.Methods From May 2020 to October 2021,106 elderly patients with lower limb fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received preoperative and intraoperative routine nursing in the operating room,while the patients in the observation group received preoperative and intraoperative predictive nursing.Results The patients′nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than 81.13%in the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the scores of quality of life(including physical pain,social function,physiological function and overall health indicators)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing mode can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of the elderly patients with lower limb fracture.
