手术室舒适护理干预用于断指再植术患者价值分析

Application Value of Comfortable Nursing Intervention in Patients with Replantation of Severed Finger in Operation Room

目的探讨手术室舒适护理应用于断指再植术患者的干预效果及应用价值。方法选取医院2019年3月至2021年3月收治的断指再植术患者64例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各32例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行手术室舒适护理,比较两组患者的心理状态测评得分、疼痛评分、舒适度、患者血压、心率、护理满意度、睡眠质量等。结果研究组患者的上述各项指标数据均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室舒适护理的开展,对行断指再植术患者的心理状态、生命体征等均有良好干预作用,护理干预效果可达预期。

Objective To investigate the intervention effect and application value of the comfortable nursing in patients with replantation of severed finger in the operating room.Methods Sixty-four patients with replantation of severed finger admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 32 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing,while the patients in the study group were given the comfortable nursing in the operating room.The scores of psychological status assessment′pain,comfort,blood pressure,heart rate,nursing satisfaction and sleep quality between the two groups were compared.Results The data of the above indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing in the operating room has a good intervention effect on the psychological status and vital signs of patients undergoing the replantation of severed finger,and its nursing intervention effect can be expected.
