妊娠期高血压患者围产期实施舒适护理的效果及体会

Effect and Experience of Comfort Nursing Implementation in Perinatal Period of Pregnant Women with Hypertension

目的探讨围产期舒适护理应用于妊娠期高血压(简称妊高征)患者的临床效果及体会。方法将纳入的80例妊高征患者分为对照组(给予常规护理)和研究组(给予围产期舒适护理干预),各40例。评估并比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组患者产后出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的新生儿在出生后1 min和5 min的Apgar评分表现更好(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者的睡眠质量评分优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。研究组剖宫产率和新生儿窒息率分别为15.00%和0,优于对照组的35.00%和10.00%(P<0.05)。结论围产期舒适护理干预措施适用于妊高征患者,在预防产后出血、改善新生儿状况和患者休息、降低剖宫产率和新生儿窒息率、改善妊娠结局和护理结局方面具有显著效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and experience of perinatal comfort nursing in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods A total of 80 patients with PIH were divided into the reference group(given routine nursing)and the study group(given perinatal comfort nursing intervention),with 40 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Newborns in the study group performed better in Apgar scores at 1 min and 5 min after birth(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality score in the study group was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in the study group were 15.00%and 0,which were better than 35.00%and 10.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perinatal comfort nursing intervention measures are suitable for patients with PIH,which have significant effects in preventing postpartum hemorrhage,improving neonatal status,and maternal rest,reducing cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia rate,improving pregnancy outcome and nursing outcome.
