标准化伤口护理用于慢性伤口护理效果观察

Effect Observation of Standardized Wound Nursing in Chronic Wound Nursing

目的探讨标准化伤口护理在慢性伤口护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2020年6月至2021年5月收治的慢性伤口患者100例,采用随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施标准化伤口护理。结果护理后7,15,30 d,观察组患者的伤口愈合率均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组患者的90.00%(P<0.05)。结论标准化伤口护理促进了患者伤口的愈合,提升了护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized wound nursing in chronic wound nursing.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic wounds admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received standardized wound nursing.Results The wound healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 7,15 and 30 d after nursing(P<0.05).The patients′total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 90.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized wound nursing can promote the healing of patients′wounds and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
