医护一体化护理干预用于妇科肿瘤PICC置管患者的护理效果

Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Intervention on Patients with Gynecological Tumor Undergoing PICC Catheterization

目的探讨妇科肿瘤PICC置管患者护理中应用医护一体化护理的效果。方法选择医院2021年1月至11月收治的妇科肿瘤经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)患者64例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各32例。对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者给予医护一体化护理。结果试验组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,两组患者生活质量评分量表(SF-36)评分均显著升高,且试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组PICC置管并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科肿瘤PICC置管患者临床护理中应用医护一体化护理干预效果良好,患者满意度高,有助于提升患者的生活质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated medical and nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with gynecological tumor undergoing PICC catheterization.Methods From January to November 2021,64 patients with gynecologic tumors who underwent central venous catheterization(PICC)through peripheral venipuncture were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the test group were given integrated medical and nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before nursing,the scores of quality of life scale-36(SF-36)in the two groups were significantly higher,and those in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of PICC catheterization in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated medical and nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with gynecological tumors underwent PICC catheterization has a good effect and high patient satisfaction,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
