发展性照顾护理在新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Developmental Nursing Care in Nursing of Premature Infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨重症监护室早产儿实施发展性照顾护理的效果。方法选取医院重症监护室2019年6月至2021年12月收治的早产儿100例。随机均分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组行发展性照顾护理。比较两组患儿的不良反应、常规指标、体质量及机体发育情况。结果观察组的不良反应发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的16.00%(P<0.05);患儿每日喂奶量大于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组,体质量及机体发育各项评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发展性照顾护理用于早产儿的护理的临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of developmental nursing care for premature infants in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 100 premature infants admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received developmental nursing.The adverse reactions,routine indexes,body mass and body development were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The daily feeding volume of the children in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the sleep time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the scores of body mass and body development in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Developmental nursing care has a significant clinical effect in the care of premature infants,which is worthy of reference.
