多环节用药干预提升合理用药效果分析

Effect Analysis of Multi-link drug intervention in the improvement of rational use of drug

目的探讨多环节用药干预用于强化合理用药管理对促进门诊合理用药的作用。方法分别予强化合理用药管理前(2018年1月至12月)后(2019年1月至12月)抽取江苏省南京市妇幼保健院门诊处方各600张,其中强化合理用药管理采用多环节用药干预方法。以药品说明书为标准,结合相关文献及医药工具书,对照处方管理办法和处方点评管理规范,对门诊处方进行点评并分析。结果管理后处方合格率为97.00%,显著高于管理前的92.50%(P<0.05);管理后抗菌药物使用率显著低于管理前;各类不合格处方发生情况较管理前均减少,其中诊断不全、不合理使用抗菌药物、遴选药品不适宜、用法用量不适宜、重复用药问题发生显著减少(P<0.05)。结论采用多环节用药干预强化合理用药管理,可有效提高处方合格率,进一步促进临床合理用药。

Objective To investigate the effect of multi-link drug intervention on strengthening rational drug use management and promoting rational use of drug in the Department of Outpatient.Methods Before(from January to December 2018)and after(from January to December 2019)strengthening the management of rational use of drug,a total of 600 prescriptions of the Department of Outpatient of Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital were collected respectively,of which the multi-link drug intervention was used in the management of strengthening the rational use of drug.Based on the drug instructions,and combined with relevant literature and medical reference books,the outpatient prescriptions were reviewed and analyzed according to the prescription administrative policy and the prescription review management specifications.Results After management,the qualified rate of prescription was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than 92.50%before management(P<0.05).The usage rate of antibacterial drugs after management was significantly lower than that before management.The unqualified prescriptions of different types were less than those before management,of which the occurance of incomplete diagnosis,irrational use of antibacterial drugs,inappropriate selection of drugs,inappropriate use and dosage,and drug use repeatedly decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-link drug intervention on strengthening rational drug use management can increase the qualified rate of prescriptions,and promote clinical rational use of drug.
