中药贴敷穴位结合特定电磁波谱灯照射治疗剖腹产术后腹胀临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Application with TCM Combined with TDP Lamp Irradiation in the Treatment of Abdominal Distension After Caesarean Section

目的探讨中药贴敷穴位结合特定电磁波谱灯照射治疗剖腹产术后腹胀的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年2月至2020年12月收治的剖腹产术后腹胀患者60例,采用时间分段方式分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组予中药贴敷穴位结合特定电磁波谱(TDP)灯照射治疗。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的自主排气和排便时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取中药贴敷穴位结合特定电磁波谱灯照射治疗剖腹产术后腹胀,能有效改善患者腹胀症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with the special electromagnetic spectrum(TDP)lamp irradiation in the treatment of abdominal distension after caesarean section.Methods A total of 60 patients with abdominal distension after caesarean section admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the time segmentation,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with the routine treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with the acupoint application with TCM combined with the TDP lamp irradiation.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the spontaneous aerofluxus time and defecation time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application with TCM combined with the TDP lamp irradiation in the treatment of abdominal distension after caesarean section can improve the symptoms of abdominal distention and the quality of life of patients.
