白虎汤合增液汤联合盐酸吡格列酮片治疗糖尿病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Baihu Decoction and Zengye Decoction Combined with Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Diabetes

目的探讨白虎汤合增液汤联合盐酸吡格列酮片治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年10月至2021年10月收治的糖尿病患者64例,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各32例。对照组患者给予盐酸吡格列酮片,研究组在对照组基础上加用白虎汤合增液汤。两组患者治疗时间均为2个月。比较两组患者的血糖水平、血脂水平、不良反应发生情况、治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.88%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(χ2=6.335,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(t=19.078,21.261,47.370,P<0.05);总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平均低于对照组(t=25.688,46.687,P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为3.13%,显著低于对照组的21.88%(χ2=5.143,P=0.023)。结论白虎汤合增液汤联合盐酸吡格列酮片治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效较好,可改善患者的血糖、血脂水平,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baihu Decoction and Zengye Decoction combined with Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of diabetes.Methods A total of 64 patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 32 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the study group were given Baihu Decoction and Zengye Decoction.Both groups were treated for two months.The blood glucose level,blood lipid level,incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(χ2=6.335,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=19.078,21.261,47.370,P<0.05),and the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=25.688,46.687,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.13%,which was significantly lower than 21.88%in the control group(χ2=5.143,P<0.05).Conclusion Baihu Decoction and Zengye decoction combined with Pioglitazone Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of diabetes has good clinical efficacy,which can improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,and this method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
