柴枳理中汤联合穴位敷贴治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chaizhi Lizhong Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Syndrome of Qi Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

目的探讨柴枳理中汤联合穴位敷贴治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床疗效,以及对患者血清胃泌素水平的影响。方法选取医院2020年3月至2021年10月收治的脾胃气虚性功能性消化不良患者64例,根据入院的先后顺序分为研究组和对照组,各32例。两组患者均接受穴位贴敷治疗,研究组患者在此基础上加用柴枳理中汤,均连续治疗1个月。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.88%,显著高于对照组的78.12%(P<0.05);研究组患者的临床症状恶心呕吐、早饱、嗳气、烧灼感、上腹痛消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组患者治疗后的血清胃泌素水平显著更高,临床症状恶心呕吐、早饱、嗳气、烧灼感、上腹痛积分均显著更低(P<0.05)。结论柴枳理中汤联合穴位敷贴治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良疗效良好,可缩短患者的临床症状消失时间,提高血清胃泌素水平,降低临床症状积分。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaizhi Lizhong Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with the syndrome of Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach,and its effect on the serum gastrin level of patients.Methods A total of 64 patients with functional dyspepsia with the syndrome of Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with acupoint application,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Chaizhi Lizhong Decoction.Both groups were treated continuously for one month.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 78.12%in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of the clinical symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,early satiety,belching,burning sensation and upper abdominal pain in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the serum gastrin level in the study group was significantly higher after treatment,and the scores of clinical symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,early satiety,belching,burning sensation and upper abdominal pain in the study group were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaizhi Lizhong Decoction combined with acupoint application is effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with the syndrome of Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach,which can shorten the disappearance time of the clinical symptoms,improve the level of serum gastrin,and reduce the scores of clinical symptoms.
