摘要
该文介绍了《住院医师规范化培训教学阅片指南(2022年)版》(简称《教学阅片指南》)的发布背景与意义,分析了目前教学阅片实践中的主要问题。参照《教学阅片指南》的章节顺序,对教学阅片的目的、组织安排、准备、实施、评价和反馈及注意事项等进行了详细的论述,帮助指导医师在深入理解《教学阅片指南》的基础上,有效地组织和实施这一教学活动,提升教学效果,达成教学目标。
This article introduces the background and significance of the publication of Guideline for Teaching Film-reading in Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition)(referred to as Guideline for Teaching Film-reading),analyzes the main problems in the implementation of teaching film-reading.With reference to the chapter order,the purpose,organization,preparation,implementation,evaluation and feedback,and precautions of the teaching film-reading are discussed in detail,helping the instructing physicians to deeply understand the Guideline for Teaching Film-reading,and on this basis,to effectively organize and implement this teaching activity,improve the teaching effect,and achieve the teaching goal.
