摘要
该文介绍了《住院医师规范化培训影像诊断报告书写指导教学指南(2022年版)》的发布背景与意义,分析了目前影像诊断报告及指导医师在报告书写指导的现状及存在的主要问题。对该教学活动各步骤的具体做法逐一进行解释。最后围绕该教学活动是否采用结构化报告、与日常影像诊断报告修改及教学阅片活动的差别、如何通过影像诊断报告查找住院医师临床思维存在的问题等重要事项进行详细阐述。
This paper introduces the background and significance of the Guideline for Audit and Guidance on Imaging Reports Writing for Standardized Residents Training(2022 Edition). It analyzes the current situation and main issues of imaging reports and writing instructions encountered by clinical teachers. Then each step of the teaching activity is explained one by one. Finally, the important issues are elaborated, such as whether to adopt structured reports,the differences from the imaging reports revisions in daily clinical practice and teaching film-reading, and how to find the clinical thought leaks in residents through the imaging reports are elaborated.
