基于岗位胜任力的强化入科培训在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of clinical-competence-oriented intensive entry education in standardized residency training of emergency medicine

住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要形式,急诊临床工作的高风险和开放性对急诊科住院医师的培养提出更高要求。以岗位胜任力为导向的课程模式有助于住培体系改革和完善,目前越来越多的学者和住培基地开始探索相关课程体系建设。基于急诊科住院医师实际临床工作需求,我们在传统入科初始培训的基础上进行有针对性的改革,引入基于岗位胜任力为导向的强化入科培训的教学理念,包括强化入科培训目标、课程建设、教学模式与方法、考核方式、课程反馈及调整。通过多模块教学模式强化入科培训,让急诊科住院医师快速进入临床角色中,从而提升实际临床工作能力和安全性,全面提高急诊科住院医师的岗位胜任力,建设规范化、实用性强的急诊科住院医师入科培训体系。

Standardized residency training is an important part of post-graduate medical education. The high risk for adverse events and numerous environmental factors for violence in Emergency Department put forward higher requirements for the training of emergency residents. The clinical-competency-oriented residency curriculum can be helpful to the reform and improvement of the standardized residency training system. So, more and more scholars and residency training bases are beginning to explore the construction of related curriculum systems. Based on the clinical practice needs for emergency residents, we carried out a series of targeted reforms on the basis of the traditional entry education. We introduced the concept of clinical-competency-oriented intensive entry education,including the strengthening objectives of entry education, course construction, teaching modes and methods,assessment methods, feedback and adjustments. This multi-module teaching can strengthen entry education for emergency residents, allow them to enter clinical roles quickly, and improve actual clinical work ability and safety.Thereby, we can comprehensively improve the clinical competence of emergency residents, and build a standardized and practical emergency residency entry education system.
