虚拟仿真培训项目在放射科专业基地住院医师规范化培训中的实践

Practice of virtual simulation training project in standardized training of resident doctors in a radiology base

应用实践性、交互性、自主性较强的虚拟仿真培训平台对放射科专业基地住院医师进行培训是促进住院医师知识结构完整、激发学习兴趣、完善思维模式,培养高素质复合型人才的重要手段。本文探讨与实践虚拟仿真实践培训平台在放射科专业基地住院医师规范化培训中的应用。其教学成果拓展了传统教学课堂,同时也构建了理论实践一体化学习模式,对于丰富住院医师规范化培训教学手段、培养学生创新意识、促进全能型人才培养起到积极作用。

The application of virtual simulation training platform with strong practicality, interaction and autonomy is an important means to promote the integrity of knowledge structure of students, stimulate their interest in learning, improve their thinking mode and cultivate high-quality compound talents. This paper discusses the application of virtual simulation practice training platform in standardized training for resident physicians in a radiology base. Its teaching achievements have expanded the traditional teaching classroom, and also constructed the learning mode of integration of theory and practice, which plays a positive role in enriching the teaching means of standardized training for residents, cultivating students’ innovation consciousness and promoting the cultivation of all-round talents.
