外科类专业教学融入课程思政元素的实践与探索——以泌尿外科学为例

Practice and exploration of the elements of "curriculum ideological and political education" integrated into the teaching of surgery-taking urology as an example

目的 以泌尿外科学为例探讨外科类专业住院医师规范化培训过程中融入课程思政元素的重要意义和有效的实现手段。方法 以教学团队践行泌尿外科学课程思政建设的实际经验,结合文献检索结果进行分析,阐述课程思政的重要意义、实施过程中发现的问题和改进措施。结果 外科学作为一门理论和实践并重的学科,需要住院医师树立正确的临床工作观念、拥有良好的职业素养、养成主动学习的习惯。通过在教学过程中融入课程思政元素,有利于增加思政教育的亲和力,有助于树立正确的医疗工作观念,有益于提升学习的内在动力。在课程思政的实施过程中,存在教师对思政教育的主体认识缺陷、政治意识不足、投入时间精力有限、思政资源和素材挖掘力度不够等问题。针对存在的不足,我们通过做好课程建设管理、深入挖掘思政元素、提升教师综合能力、结合新的教学模式和方法,能够行之有效地将课程思政融入外科类专业教学。结论 外科类专业课程思政建设对深化医学教育改革,培养适应新时代要求的住院医师具有重要的意义。

Objective To discuss the significance and effective means of realizing the integration of the curriculum ideological and political education elements into the teaching of surgery by taking urology as an example.Methods Based on the practical experience of the teaching team in practicing the construction of the course of urology and administration, combined with the review of literatures, this study stated the significance of curriculum ideological and political education, discussed the problems found in the process and elaborated the improvement measures. Results As a subject with both theory and practice, education of surgery needed residents to establish a correct concept of clinical work, have good professionalism, and develop the habit of active learning. Through the integration of curriculum ideological and political education elements in the teaching process, it was conducive to increase the affinity of thinking and political education, and helpful to establish a correct concept of medical work and to enhance the internal motivation of learning. In the course of the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education, there were problems such as teachers’ lack of understanding of the subject of thought and political education, lack of political consciousness, limited investment of time and energy, and insufficient excavation of resources and materials. In view of the shortcomings, we effectively integrated curriculum ideological and political education into the teaching of surgery by doing a good job in curriculum construction management, digging deep into the elements of thinking and politics, enhancing the comprehensive ability of teachers, and combining with new teaching modes and methods. Conclusion The curriculum ideological and political education construction of professional courses in standardized training program is of great significance to deepen the reform of medical education and train surgical residents to meet the requirements of the new era.
