摘要 基于SOAP病例讨论评价教学模式是一种切实可行的教学模式。该文结合全国儿童专科医院中唯一一家住培示范基地——重庆医科大学附属儿童医院的实施范例,介绍了基于SOAP病例讨论评价教学模式可促进住院医师临床思维的建立,培养住院医师临床实践过程中发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,并阐明该模式评价细则、实施流程以及优缺点,以期促进住院医师规范化培训内涵建设,持续改进和提高教学质量。 Case-based discussion and evaluation of structured medical records based on soap(SOAP Cb D) is a practical teaching mode. Combined with the implementation example of The Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University, the only residential training demonstration base among the children’s specialized hospitals in China. This paper introduces that SOAP Cb D promotes the establishment of residents’ clinical thinking, cultivates residents to find, analyze and solve problems in their clinical practice, clarifies the evaluation rules, implementation process and advantages and disadvantages of this model, so as to promote the connotation construction of residential training, and continuously improve and improve the teaching quality.
