摘要
某风力发电机自投运以来,叶片螺栓反复断裂,通过对其进行质量检查、连接件整体刚性分析,确认螺栓在较低循环周期内反复发生疲劳断裂的主要原因为叶片法兰垫片与叶片根部存在间隙,为后续处理提供科学依据。
Since a wind turbine was put into operation,its blade bolts have been broken repeatedly.Through quality inspection and overall rigidity analysis on the connectors,it is confirmed that the main reason for the repeated fatigue fracture of the bolts in a low cycle is a gap existing between the blade flange gasket and the blade root,which offers a scientific basis for its subsequent treatment.
