锅炉汽包水位偏差影响因素分析及改进

摘要 汽包正常水位是保持锅炉正常运行的前提,针对某电厂4号机组锅炉汽包两侧水位存在偏差的情况,通过调整上层磨组所带煤量和炉膛过燃风与燃尽风等措施,有效改善了汽包水位偏差的问题,为运行中及时发现问题并处置提供参考。 Normal water level of steam drum is the premise to maintain the normal operation of a boiler.In allusion to the water level deviation of both sides of boiler drum of unit 4 in a power plant,the water level deviation of the steam drum is effectively improved by adjusting the coal amount carried by the upper mill group and the over combustion air and burnout air of the furnace,which offers reference for timely finding problems and handling them during operation.
