地方高校国际化人才培养模式探索--以贺州学院为例

On the Exploration of Internationalized Talents Training Modes in Local Universities:Taking Hezhou University as an Example

贺州学院在国际化人才培养方面立足地域特色,依托学校优势专业,立足于服务“一带一路”沿线国家及东盟国家,构建了项目驱动和文化融汇两大国际化人才培养模式。贺州学院国际化人才培养目前存在人才培养的国际化理念尚未形成、地域劣势和经济制约、师生出国(境)热情不高、缺乏国际化教育内涵发展、本土教育国际化程度不高等五个主要问题。可从加强引智工程建设,丰富合作与交流形式,加大师资国际化培养,推进国际科研合作,实施中外合作办学、内地与港澳台合作办学项目这五个方面完善地方高校国际化人才培养模式。

Hezhou University has built two international talent training models, project-driven and cultural integration, based on its regional characteristics, its advantageous majors and its service to countries along the "Belt and Road" and ASEAN countries. At present, there are five main problems in the cultivation of internationalized talents in Hezhou University: the internationalization concept of talent cultivation has not yet been formed, the geographical disadvantage and economic constraints, the lack of enthusiasm for teachers and students to go abroad, the lack of internal development of international education and the low degree of internationalization of local education. The internationalization talent cultivation mode of local colleges and universities can be improved in five aspects: strengthening the construction of intellectual attraction project, enriching the form of cooperation and exchange, increasing the internationalization cultivation of teachers, promoting international scientific research cooperation, and implementing Sino-foreign cooperation and cooperation projects between mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
