院校联动培养心血管专业方向护生评判式思维能力探究

Research on Cultivation of Critical Thinking Ability of Cardiovascular Major Nursing Students Through Linkage Training of College and Hospital

培养心血管专业方向护生的评判式思维能力意义重大,亚心护理学院依托武汉设计工程学院的雄厚师资和武汉亚心医院的优质资源,院校联动,将心血管专科护士的培养前移到学校。双方共同设计培养目标、制定培养方案、开发专科课程教材、建设心血管实训基地,采用“三明治”、思维导图、床边教学查房等教学方式,有效提高了学生的评判式思维能力。

It is of great significance to develop the critical thinking ability of cardiovascular major nursing students. Yaxin School of Nursing relied on the teaching staff of high quality from Wuhan Design and Engineering College and the excellent resources of Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital through linkage training of colleges and hospital. The two parties jointly designed training target, formulated training plan, developed specialized subject curriculum and constructed cardiovascular training base. The specific teaching methods were adopted to effectively improve the critical thinking ability of the nursing students, such as "sandwich and mind map", bedside teaching, etc.
