全麻手术后暴露性角膜炎治疗的研究进展

“暴露性角膜炎”是一种常见的、麻醉术后导致预后不良的疾病,它是一种角膜干燥和上皮脱落的角膜炎症,这种炎症因角膜丧失了眼睑的保护而发生,它不仅可以由患者原本的眼科疾病,如患者本身的眼睑缺损、因疾病导致眼球突出、患者自身的面神经麻痹等因素所导致,还有可能在患者做完手术后出现。严重的还会出现角膜溃疡、甚至最后出现角膜穿孔的危险。全麻手术后暴露性角膜炎治疗的研究目的就是减少甚至从根源消灭这些暴露因素,从而保护角膜上皮不受伤害,维持眼表的湿润。目前常用的治疗手段有西医治疗与中医治疗,其中西医主要是手术治疗和西药治疗。中医主要集中在中药和一些传统的中医治疗方法上,两者都有一定的治疗效果。

It can not only be caused by patient’s original ophthalmic diseases such as his own eyelid defects, the protruding eyeballs caused by the disease, his own facial nerve paralysis and may also appear after the patient has undergone surgical anesthesia, which can cause corneal inflammation, severe corneal ulcers, and even the risk of corneal perforation. The purpose of the treatment of exposure keratitis after general anesthesia surgery is to reduce or even eliminate these exposure factors fundamentally so as to protect the corneal epithelium from damage and maintain the moisture of the eye surface. At present the commonly used treatment methods are western medicine treatment and Chinese medicine treatment, of which western medicine is mainly surgical treatment and western medicine treatment. TCM is mainly focused on Chinese medicine and some traditional TCM treatment methods, both of which have certain therapeutic effects.
