运用“OSID开放科学计划”提升普通期刊影响力的实践与探索--以《湖北科技学院学报》为例

Practice and Exploration of Using"OSID Open Science Identity"to Improve the Influence of General Journals:Taking the Journal of Hubei University of Science and Technology as an Example

普通期刊搭乘传统媒体和新媒体融合的顺风车,可以在新的出版变革中抢占先机。期刊加入“OSID开放科学计划”后,可以查看读者扫码量,了解读者浏览类型,优化读者和作者管理,利于数据统计,但运用“OSID开放科学计划”还存在学术圈建设不足、读者分析统计不清晰、OSID码缺少维护等问题.为进一步提升期刊的影响力和传播力,提出优化作者语音项目、加大学术圈的建设、开放数据内容上传、跟进OSID码后续建设、树立“内容为王”的价值观等举措.

General periodicals can seize the opportunity in the new publishing changes by riding on the wind of the integration of traditional and new media. After joining the "OSID"(Open Science Identity), the editors may learn about some information such as the number of readers scanning the codes and the browsing types of readers. They can also optimize the management of readers and authors and facilitate data statistics when applying "OSID". Nevertheless, there exist some problems such as inadequate construction of academic circles, unclear analysis statistics of readers and lack of maintenance of OSID codes when applying Open Science Identity. In order to enhance the influence and dissemination power of journals, some measures should be taken into account, such as optimizing the author’s voice project, enriching the construction of academic circles and uploading the data. Meanwhile, updating the construction of OSID codes is also important in application and the basic principle that the content is the foundation of the publication should be always kept in mind.
