摘要
采用超声辅助浊点萃取法提取桑叶中的黄酮类化合物,通过单因素实验和正交实验筛选最佳提取工艺。实验结果表明:当料液比为1∶50、吐温20质量浓度为0.04 g/mL、离子浓度为3 mol/L、平衡时间为60 min时,桑叶黄酮提取率最高,为2.93%。该工艺提取过程简单高效,对桑叶黄酮的提取与资源开发具有一定的参考价值。
Ultrasonic assisted cloud point extraction was used to extract flavonoids from mulberry leaves.The best extraction process was selected through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that when the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶50,the concentration of Tween 20 was 0.04 g/mL,the ionic concentration was 3 mol/L,and the equilibrium time was 60 min,the extraction rate of flavonoids from mulberry leaves was the highest,which was 2.93%.The extraction process is simple and efficient,which has certain reference value for the extraction and resource development of flavonoids from mulberry leaves.
