环保型木塑材料成型工艺与影响因素分析

Analysis on the molding technology and influencing factors of environmental friendly wood-plastic materials

环保型木塑复合材料是以植物纤维作为增强基材料与塑料混合,通过注塑以及模压成型的新型环保材料。通过分析常用的木塑复合材料成型工艺,研究木塑材料工艺与使用性能之间的理论关系,提出木塑材料成型方法与性能提升方法。

Environmental friendly wood-plastic composite material is a new type of environmental protection material,which takes plant fiber as reinforcing base material to mix with plastic and is molded by injection and mould pressing.By analyzing the molding technology of commonly used wood-plastic composite materials,the theoretical relationship between the technology and service performance of wood-plastic materials is studied,and the molding method and performance improvement method of wood-plastic materials are put forward.
